Fibi (Switzerland) Ltd in liquidation (formerly Fibi Bank (Switzerland) Ltd; "FIBI") has ceased its business activities and entered into voluntary liquidation on 20th March 2018, appointing Deloitte Ltd, General Guisan-Quai 38, 8002 Zurich, as liquidator. In relation to any enquiry or request you might have regarding FIBI's former business activities, please read carefully the below instructions:

IF YOU ARE A FORMER BANK CLIENT OF FIBI:
On 2nd June 2017 FIBI transferred the majority of its private banking clients to CBH.

Concerning accounts that were migrated to CBH Compagnie Bancaire Helvetique SA, Geneva ("CBH"): If your former account with FIBI was transferred to CBH, we kindly ask you to send your enquiry or request by e-mail to your relationship manager or your alternative contact at CBH. In the event you do not know your relationship manager and do not have an alternative contact, please send an e-mail to cbhzurich@cbhbank.com.

Concerning accounts that were closed and not migrated to CBH:
If your former account with FIBI was not transferred to CBH, Deloitte Ltd will handle your enquiry or request. Deloitte Ltd can only respond to requests for information if it receives either a detailed letter or a completed "Request For Information (RFI)" form accessible under the following link: Request For Information (RFI).
In each case, the request must be signed by the relevant account signatory/-ies in accordance with Swiss law and applicable authentication policies.

Requests are authenticated using the criteria of a bank-client communication. Deloitte Ltd aims to provide an initial response to a validated (authentic) request within 48 hours. If your request cannot be authenticated, Deloitte Ltd may legally not be permitted to respond. If you believe you should have received a response, please resend the request with further identifying data on a newly signed letter, including: information aiding identification such as postal addresses, e-mail addresses and contact numbers (as would have been known to FIBI); passport, driving license copies; probate certificate with endorsement, etc.
